From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Michita Imai studied Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Human-Robot Interface on master course at Keio University.
From 1994 to 1997, He worked on developing VR interactive system named InterSpace in NTT Human-Interface laboratories.
From 1997 He joined ATR Media Integration and Communications Research Laboratories.
From 2001 He joined ATR Media Information Science Research Laboratories.
From 2002 He also joined Anzai Yamasaki Lab. Dept. of Computer Science, Keio Univ.
His research areas are the cognitive aspects of human robot interaction, and the development of dialogue systems for robots.
